Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and you automatically accept my terms of service. I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.If you break ANY of these rules, you will be blacklisted.My process involves three phases: sketch; line art and flat color; and rendering. I will send you a low-resolution watermarked image upon the completion of each phase. When the artwork is completed, I will deliver the full-resolution artwork through the agreed upon mode of communication.Depending on the complexity, I promise to deliver your finished commission within two weeks after the sketch is started. Your position in my queue and the status of your commission will be visible in a public Google spreadsheet I will provide the link to.If anything will cause that timeline to change, I will message you in whatever way is most convenient for you, usually through email or DMs on Bluesky. For us to both have a log of our messages that can't be deleted or edited easily, communication through Discord is prohibited.Payments will be made through PayPal invoicing. If you pay me directly, I will refuse your commission. All payments will be made in USD. No eChecks or cryptocurrency will be accepted.All payments must be in-full and up-front. I offer payment plans on orders over $150. You will receive a low-resolution watermarked image until payment is received in full. You MUST let me know in advance if you have a deadline. Deadlines cost extra and need to be AT LEAST 10 DAYS away. This is to be fair to anyone already on my waiting list because I will be expediting your order to meet your deadline.No refunds or holds after the sketch phase of work. Partial refunds are allowed until you approve the sketch on orders greater than $60. If you want a refund in this phase, I will refund the cost of the commission minus $30. Changes or edits are free until the sketch is approved. Once the sketch is approved, all edits afterward WILL COST EXTRA. You agree to NOT do any edits on my artwork. If there are any edits, let me do it for you.I grant you a non-commercial personal license to use your commission from me. I retain all rights to the artwork in perpetuity and you are free to post it anywhere as long as you credit me. You are NOT ALLOWED to use my art to train AI models. I will use your commission to post on my social media as well as for use in self-promotion.You retain ALL rights to your original characters and intellectual property.Commercial licenses will cost extra.Rude or disrespectful clients will be blacklisted. If you contact me on a different account or email than from the commission form, you will receive a warning. Further contact with me from other accounts not listed on your commission form will result in being blacklisted.

NSFW Terms and Conditions

In addition to the terms above, you agree to the following:If a piece is going to be NSFW, I must be told from the beginning. I will not change the content in the middle of the process.NSFW content is an extra 50%. It's not just because it's in-demand, it also takes extra attention so that everyone's bodies look good. I will deliver the finished commission in the same two week period.ALL acts must be consensual between the characters.
NO underage characters.
NO feral characters.Will do pairings of all orientations.BDSM is okay, but nothing extreme.
